I'm now a blogger, not just a lurker. As I was researching (in vain) for a 'Greekish' name for my blog I came upon lists of Gods and Goddesses in the Greek mythology and couldn't help noticing how they correlate with Hindu Gods and Goddesses - Zeus - Indra Eros - Manmadha Haphaestus - Agni Helios - Surya Hades - Yama ... Makes you wonder how all these religions came about. Did our ancestors really live in a world with all these Gods and Goddesses? Maybe their descendants interpreted their names and roles according to the region they lived in. Just found it interesting..
